HOP to It.

It's October (barely).  It's Breast Cancer Awareness Month, but to me, every month on the calendar is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  Hell, everyday is Breast Cancer Awareness Day.  When you've got breasts, you're just...always aware of them.  Constantly.  But, I digress.

October is also Bullying Prevention Awareness Month.  And that is why I am here.

Take a look at my first HOP (Helpful One-Pager).  If you find it particularly helpful, you can click on it, print it out, and take it to work or school with you.  Because it's so helpful, I don't really need to go into what it says within the body of this post, because you can read, or at least I assume you can, because you're reading this.  Did you ever have a professor read a PowerPoint presentation slide-for-slide, word-for-word?  So annoying, right?  I'm not doing that to you.

I've got some great ideas for future HOPs.  If you'd like to see more, or if you have a topic you'd like me to cover in a HOP, please leave a comment.  I won't know unless you tell me.  HOPs don't necessarily need to be about bullying, and they don't need to be serious.

Looking to purchase a charming storybook that highlights themes of friendships & bullying?  Consider The Big Stink! by me, Maggie Mitchell.  Check us out on Facebook at Facebook.com/TheBigStink.  The Big Stink! also includes amazing illustrations by my buddy, Kentopher.  Although I guess if I'm telling you my name now, I can tell you his.  It's Clark Kent.  And he turns into Superman.  He really does.
